April - Triggerfish

Triggerfish is Star Citizen’s in-universe equivalent to April Fools' Day. In the lore, the holiday dates back to a centuries-old running joke and hoax originating on Borea (Magnus II), where pranksters would convince travelers that a secret fourth planet named "Triggerfish" existed—often leading to ambushes or wild goose chases. Over time, the term evolved across the United Empire of Earth (UEE) as a nickname for a gullible person and became the official moniker for the annual day of pranks.


May - ILW: Invictus Launch Week & Drake DefenseCon

Invictus Launch Week (ILW) is Star Citizen’s premier annual military-themed expo and celebration, held every May. In-lore, it marks the graduation of a new class of United Empire of Earth Navy (UEEN) officers and recruits, serving as the military counterpart to the civilian-focused Intergalactic Aerospace Expo (IAE) held in November. June - Alien Week

July - Foundation Festival

Foundation Festival is Star Citizen’s annual community-driven event, held every July. Sponsored by the United Empire of Earth (UEE), its core focus is mentoring, cooperation, and bringing veteran players together with newcomers.Often Free Fly Event

October - CitizenCon & Day of the Vara (Halloween)
